Sure, it’s different, and different is fun. But far be it from us to let the fun part overshadow the fitness part. Fitness is our primary purpose. Our reason for being. And C’motion fulfills all six National Standards for Physical Education. Go ahead, count ‘em. All six.

Standard 1: Demonstrates competency in motor skills and movement patterns needed to perform a variety of physical activities.
